KPFA station website (KPFA’s Local Station Board did an end run around the Bylaws and suspended two members of the minority by a simple majority vote, because they didn’t have the necessary majority for the Bylaws process.)

KPFK station website (NPR powerhouse KPCC would like to take over KPFK’s much stronger signal and much larger listening area, and the money raised by the Foundation by selling the building housing KPFK was used to pay off a long-term, low-interest loan because they couldn’t get the lien removed from the building, meaning almost no money remains for station operations, and the station had to bear the costs of the move from regular revenues. Much locally produced programming from Black, Indigenous, Raza and AAPI communities has been purged in favor of more mainstream syndicated programs.)

WBAI station website (Many of the same proponents of the Bylaws revision also participated in an illegal shutdown and takeover of WBAI right in the middle of its fall fund drive a few years ago; .)

KPFT station website (KPFT exiled a lot of the BIPOC and public affairs programming to their Hybrid Digital HD2 stream which can’t be received on regular radios)

The Pacifica Radio Archives website (We believe that the Archives, housed at KPFK, could be on the chopping block if Pacifica is dismantled, or forced into bankruptcy. The PRA also lost their home when the building was sold; the staff was laid off.)
