Two Town Halls in July – Save 7/5 & 7/19, 3pm Pacific/5pm Central/6pm Eastern | Campaign to Preserve Democracy & Accountability at Pacifica Radio

Pacifica Fightback is hosting two town halls in July. The first on July 5, will examine some issues Pacifica has been neglecting under its current “New Day” control, and the connections between the struggle for democracy and diversity at Pacifica and the larger struggle for peace, justice and democratic rights. We will follow up with a second town hall looking further at what it will take to restore Pacifica to its historic role as a defender of and platform form freedom of speech and cultural expression, cutting edge community engagement, impactful journalism and incisive analysis. That’s two weeks later on July 19.
